We are sorry to inform you we are out of rental arrears and security deposit funding. Therefore, the request portal is currently closed and will reopen May 1, 2024. You are encouraged to submit your request at this time.

We receive far more requests for assistance than we have money available. If you are still in need at the beginning of next month and are still eligible for the program (see below), please submit a request at that time. Please understand that requesting funds is not a guarantee that you will receive assistance.

To be eligible, you must:

1. Have children 18 years of age or younger in your care.

2. Be able to prove your ability to maintain the rent going forward.

3. Have a rent balance that does not exceed the amount that we are willing, by policy, to provide to a given household (the amount of approximately one month’s rent).

4. Need assistance for a security deposit not exceeding the amount we are willing, by policy, to provide to a given household.
