ROC Housing Navigator Program
ROC Housing Navigator Program
About the program
The Roc Housing Navigator Program helps eligible households find permanent housing by providing personalized, culturally responsive support from start to finish. Housing Search Navigators and After Care Managers work directly with families to guide them through every step of the housing search process, and they continue to provide support for at least six months after a home is secured.
The program partners with trusted community-based organizations (FLPPS, Charles Settlement House, Community Place of Greater Rochester, and RocACTS) to ensure families receive the best possible assistance, rooted in cultural understanding and community care.
